3. Strategies for Shaping a High-Performing Culture
This module explores proven frameworks and strategies for shaping a positive and productive corporate culture, including the Ouchi framework and the concept of “excellent organizations.”

At the end of this module, participants will be able to:

  • Apply the Ouchi framework to identify key areas for cultural improvement.
  • Develop strategies for aligning corporate values with employee behaviors.
