Resilience Assessment Tool: Measure Your Ability To Bounce Back

Assessing resilience involves understanding your ability to cope with and bounce back from challenging situations.

Below, we’ve created a simple assessment tool with a set of questions to help gauge your resilience levels.

Answer each question honestly, and then follow the scoring instructions at the end.

Instructions: Read each statement and rate your agreement with it on a scale of 1 to 5, where:

1 = Strongly Disagree
2 = Disagree
3 = Neutral
4 = Agree
5 = Strongly Agree

Scoring:

Step 1: Add up your scores for all 15 questions.

Step 2: Divide the total score by 15 to get your average score.

Interpretation:

  • 1 to 2: Low resilience
  • 2.1 to 3.5: Moderate resilience
  • 3.6 to 5: High resilience

Remember, this is a self-assessment tool, and the results can provide you with insights into areas where you might want to focus on building resilience.
