Oak Innovation workshop toolkits are designed to be customized and delivered as professional training programs.
When you purchase a workshop pack, you receive a license that allows you to edit the materials, rebrand them, and deliver the training to your own clients, teams, or participants.
What You Can Do With Oak Innovation Workshop Toolkits
When you purchase a workshop pack, you can:
- Customize the materials to match your organization or brand.
- Add your logo and modify the content.
- Deliver workshops to teams, clients, or internal groups.
- Use the materials for in-person or virtual training.
- Reuse the workshop as often as you like.
You are licensed to deliver these workshop programs as part of your own training services.
Many consultants, trainers, and corporate learning teams use Oak Innovation materials to deliver professional workshops without spending 20–30 hours building courses from scratch.
To protect the integrity of the workshop system, the materials may not be resold, redistributed, or shared as standalone products.
However, you are fully licensed to customize and deliver the training as part of your own workshops.
This page explains, in plain English, what you can (and can’t) do with Oak Innovation training course materials after you purchase.
If you want the fully legal version, see our Terms of Use.
The quick promise:
When you buy Oak Innovation materials, you’re buying white-label training course content you can customize and deliver under your own brand, again and again, for your learners. The intellectual property rights remain with Oak Innovation.
What you can do
You may:
1. Customize and rebrand the materials
* Edit the PowerPoint and Word files.
* Add your logo, colors, fonts, examples, case studies, and policies.
* Rename the course and deliver it as part of your own program.
2. Deliver training as often as you like
* In-person, virtual, hybrid, or blended delivery.
* Internal training for your organization.
* Training delivered to client teams (consultants and trainers).
3. Share materials with your learners as part of delivery
* Print participant workbooks/handouts for your attendees.
* Provide participants with the workbook/handouts for the course they are attending.
* Use “print on demand” for participant materials.
4. Keep your files for future use
* Retain your purchased materials for reference and reuse.
What you can’t do
To protect the work (and keep pricing fair for buyers), you may not:
1. Resell or republish the materials as standalone content
* You can’t sell, license, or give our files to someone else so they can run training with them.
* You can’t bundle our materials into a product you sell as “training templates,” “courseware,” “toolkits,” or similar.
2. Share source files outside your delivery
* No redistributing the PowerPoint/Word source files to other trainers, organizations, or clients.
* No uploading any part of the materials to the public internet where they can be found or downloaded.
3. Post the content publicly (even if you edited it)
* Edited or rebranded versions are still based on Oak Innovation content and are not permitted to be publicly posted for download.
Single-instructor use (important)
Our standard license is for the original purchaser for single-instructor use.
If you’re an organization and multiple facilitators need their own copies of the source files, the simplest next step is to contact us so we can point you to the right option.
Common questions
Can I put my logo on the materials and present them as my own workshop?
Yes. Our materials are designed to be white-label so you can rebrand and deliver them under your brand.
Can I use the materials with clients (as a consultant or trainer)?
Yes. You may deliver sessions to client teams. You may not give the client the source files for independent reuse.
Can I email the workbook to participants?
You may distribute materials to your learners as part of the course they are attending. Keep distribution limited to enrolled learners and avoid posting where the files could be publicly accessed or downloaded.
Can I upload the materials to an LMS or internal platform?
Use a controlled-access, password-protected environment intended for your learners. Do not upload course files to a public site or anywhere they can be freely downloaded.
Can I sell recordings of my workshop that uses Oak Innovation materials?
You can deliver training using the materials. If you plan to sell recordings or distribute them widely, contact us first to stay on the right side of the “no republishing” and “no public posting” restrictions.
Can I translate the materials or adapt them into a new format?
You can customize for your delivery. If you plan major adaptations (translation, publishing, broad distribution, or product development), contact us first.
Do you keep the copyright?
Yes. The intellectual property rights remain with Oak Innovation, even after purchase.
If you’re not sure, here’s the simplest rule:
If what you’re doing helps you deliver training to your learners, you’re usually fine.
If what you’re doing involves sharing, posting, selling, or distributing the actual files (or making them accessible outside your learners), pause and contact us first.
In simple terms:
You purchase the workshop toolkit once.
Then you can customize it, deliver the training, and reuse the program whenever you run that workshop again.
