By purchasing or using our training materials, you agree to the terms outlined below.

These materials are created by Oak Innovation and are protected by copyright.

When you purchase a workshop toolkit, you are granted a license that allows you to:

• Customize the materials
• Add your own branding
• Deliver workshops using the materials
• Use the content within your own organization or training programs

This license allows you to deliver the workshops as part of your own training services or internal development programs.

Restrictions

While you may customize and deliver the workshop materials, the following uses are not permitted:

Reselling the materials as standalone content.
Republishing the materials online for download.
Sharing the files publicly on the internet.
Distributing the materials to other trainers or organizations for resale.

The intellectual property rights for all training course materials remain with Oak Innovation.

Unauthorized redistribution or resale of the materials is strictly prohibited.

White-Label Use

Oak Innovation workshop materials are designed to support professional training delivery.

You may customize the materials and add your own branding when delivering workshops. Many trainers and organizations use Oak Innovation workshop toolkits to deliver training under their own brand.

However, the materials themselves may not be sold or distributed as independent training products.

No Guarantees or Warranties

Users are responsible for how the materials are customized and delivered within their own training programs.
