I’m Catherine Fitzgerald. For over 30 years, my world has always been focused on learning and development. I know what it’s like to want your workshops to be successful, you’ll do whatever you need to do – research, study, sweat, and even shed some tears. I also appreciate the challenges of creating workshops when you’re short on time. You try hard, but sometimes, no matter what you try, it doesn’t turn out the way you wanted. But it doesn’t have to be this way.
I spent the first part of my career in educational circles, and in 1995, an opportunity to start my own business concentrated my focus back on what truly inspired me. I then had the chance to bring my workshops to a larger audience online, where my mind and inspiration were opened to a world of unparalleled access and creativity.
I always say I started Oak Innovation because I couldn’t find enough suitable content for the workshops that I both wanted and my clients needed to facilitate. I launched the website in 1995, driven by a desire to provide the packs my clients couldn’t find while searching for content.
